The Arux App helps you stay connected to your child’s care from your iPhone or iPad. You can view schedules, manage authorized pickups, and follow your child’s daily activity feed. If your program enables it, you may also be able to sign your child in or out using the app.

Downloading the Arux App
- Open the App Store on your device.
- Tap Search.
The search button looks like a magnifying glass. - Type Arux into the search bar.
Make sure that you select the Arux App and not the Arux Connect: Child Care App from the search results.
- The Arux App is used for parents, families, and authorized pickups.
- The Arux Connect Apps are used by Districts and Child Care Organizations.
- Select Arux from the results.
- Tap Get, then grant permission to install the app if prompted.
- When installation finishes, tap Open.
After you sign in or create an account, you may need to be linked to your child’s Child Care account to see schedules and activity. For help see: No Child Care Account Linked
Compatible Devices
The Arux App requires iOS 18 or later on iPhone and iPadOS 18 or later on iPad.

iPhone: iOS 18 supports iPhone XS/XR and newer, including iPhone SE (2nd generation) or later.

iPad: iPadOS 18 supports many iPad models, including iPad (7th gen+), iPad mini (5th gen+), iPad Air (3rd gen+), and supported iPad Pro models.
For best performance, we recommend using a newer device and keeping iOS/iPadOS up to date.
