    Downloading Facility Requests to Your Calendar

    When you have requested the use of a facility from the Community Portal, Arux makes it easy to download the requested dates and times to your calendar.

    Note:

    Facility requests can only be downloaded in iCal format.

    You will need the Arux Community Portal website URL for your school or district.
    If you do not have the website URL, please contact your district or school representative.

    For desktop devices
    1. Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal site and click Log In.
      The Sign In page is displayed.
    2. Log In to your account.
      Your Account Dashboard is displayed. If your Dashboard is not displayed, click your name in the upper-right corner or click Your Dashboard in the footer of the page.
    3. Under Your Accounts, click your Facilities account.

      Facilities accounts are designated with a building icon.
    4. Click View Your Facility Requests.
    5. Select your facility request.
    Note:

    To ensure that the approved date and time of your request are reflected, wait until your request is approved by an admin before adding it to your calendar.

    1. Under Request Management, click the Download iCal button.
    2. Open the iCal file in to your calendar application.
    Note:

    Each calendar application treats iCal file types differently. Check the documentation for your calendar application for further information.

    For mobile devices
    1. Navigate to your districts's Arux Community Portal site and tap the Hamburger icon.
      The navigation menu is displayed.
    2. Tap Log In.
      The Sign In page is displayed.
    3. Log In to your account.
      Your Account Dashboard is displayed.
    4. Under Your Accounts, tap your Facilities account.

      Facilities accounts are designated with a building icon.
    5. Tap View Your Facility Requests.
    6. Select your facility request.
    Note:

    To ensure that the approved date and time of your request are reflected, wait until your request is approved by an admin before adding it to your calendar.

    1. Tap the iCal Download button.
    2. Open the iCal file in to your calendar application.
    Note:

    Each calendar application treats iCal file types differently. Check the documentation for your calendar application for further information.


    Changing your password will log you out immediately. Use the new password to log back in.
    First name must have atleast 2 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.
    Last name must have atleast 1 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.
