    Printing Your Tax Statements

    Article summary

    If you have paid for child care, preschool, courses, or ECFE over the course of the previous year, Arux automatically generates tax statements for each program you have enrolled in. These statements can be downloaded from your account dashboard and will become available after January 1st of each year.

    Note:
    • The available tax statements include any payments for child care services, enrolled courses, or ECFE.
    • Each person that has made a payment on the account will be included in the tax statement, including users who have payed with Quick Pay. Payments are broken down on separate pages for each payer.
    For desktop devices

    To download your child care tax statements:

    1. Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal site and click Sign In.
      The Sign In page is displayed.
    2. Sign in to your account.
      Your Account Dashboard is displayed. If your dashboard is not displayed, click your name in the upper-right corner or click Your Dashboard in the footer of the page.
    3. Under Recent Payment Activity click Tax Statements.

      The Tax Statements screen is displayed.
    4. Select the statement of the year you would like to view.
      The PDF is downloaded to your computer.

    For mobile devices

    To download your child care tax statements:

    1. Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal site and tap the Hamburger icon.
      The navigation menu is displayed.
    2. Tap Sign In.
      The Sign In page is displayed.
    3. Sign in to your account.
      Your Account Dashboard is displayed.
    4. Swipe down to Recent Payment Activity.
    5. Tap Tax Statements.
      The Tax Statements screen is displayed.
    6. Select the statement of the year you would like to view.
      The PDF is downloaded to your device.

    All payments on the tax statements are categorized by the payer.

    Receipts and invoices can be downloaded from the Your History section of the Community Portal. Receipts are only visible to the person that made the specific payment (not by all account owners).

    If you have any questions on your tax statement, contact your district or organization staff directly for assistance.
