Viewing and Downloading Your Invoices and Payment History

Your program's Arux Community Portal gives you access to view your full account history, including payments, refunds, invoices, enrollments, and log in activity.

From the Account History screen, you can also download copies of your invoices, payments and refund receipts.

Note:

Invoices, payments, and refund receipts can be downloaded individually, by category, or all together.

For desktop devices

To download items from your Account History:

  1. Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal site and click Sign In.
    The Sign In page is displayed.
  2. Sign in to your account.
    Your Account Dashboard is displayed. If your dashboard is not displayed, click your name in the upper-right corner or click Your Dashboard in the footer of the page.
  3. Scroll to Recent Payment Activity and click All Activity or scroll to the page footer and click Your History.


    Your account history will be displayed.
  4. Select a Payment, Refund, or Invoice from the Account History screen.
  5. Click Download Receipt or Download.

  6. When the download is complete, click it to view and/or print the document.

For mobile devices

To view your account history:

  1. Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal site and tap the Hamburger icon.
    The navigation menu is displayed.
  2. Tap Sign In.
    The Sign In page is displayed.
  3. Sign in to your account.
    Your Account Dashboard is displayed.
  4. Tap View Account Payments.

    Your account history is displayed.
  5. Tap a Payment, Refund, or Invoice from the Account History screen.
  6. Click Download Receipt or Download.

  7. When the download is complete, open it on your device.
