If you have forgotten the password you use to access your district or program's Arux Community Portal, you can use the Forgot Password option to send a password reset email to your account email.
For desktop devices
To send a password reset email:
- Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal.
If you do not have the website URL, please contact your district or school representative. - Click Sign In in the upper-right of the screen.
The Sign In Screen is displayed.
- Click Reset Password.
The Forgot Password screen is displayed.
- Enter your Email Address.
- Click Send Reset Password Instructions.
A Check Your Email message is displayed.
Note:
If your email address is entered incorrectly, or you have not registered an account for the email address, you will receive a message that an account was not found.
- Check your email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
For mobile devices
To send a password reset email:
- Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal.
If you do not have the website URL, please contact your district or school representative. - Tap the Hamburger icon in the upper-right of the screen.
The navigation menu is displayed. - Tap Sign In.
- Tap Reset Password.
- Enter your Email Address.
- Tap Send Reset Password Instructions.
A Check Your Email message is displayed.
