Resetting Your Account Password

If you have forgotten the password you use to access your district or program's Arux Community Portal, you can use the Forgot Password option to send a password reset email to your account email.

For desktop devices

To send a password reset email:

  1. Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal.
    If you do not have the website URL, please contact your district or school representative.
  2. Click Sign In in the upper-right of the screen.
    The Sign In Screen is displayed.
  3. Click Reset Password.
    The Forgot Password screen is displayed.
  4. Enter your Email Address.
  5. Click Send Reset Password Instructions.
    A Check Your Email message is displayed.
Note:

If your email address is entered incorrectly, or you have not registered an account for the email address, you will receive a message that an account was not found.

  1. Check your email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
For mobile devices

To send a password reset email:

  1. Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal.
    If you do not have the website URL, please contact your district or school representative.
  2. Tap the Hamburger icon in the upper-right of the screen.
    The navigation menu is displayed.
  3. Tap Sign In.
  4. Tap Reset Password.
  5. Enter your Email Address.
  6. Tap Send Reset Password Instructions.
    A Check Your Email message is displayed.
Note:

If your email address is entered incorrectly, or you have not registered an account for the email address, you will receive a message that an account was not found.
