    Using Quick Pay

    Article summary

    Quick Pay is a feature in Arux that allows you to make a payment on a child care account for another person without being an owner on the Child Care Account.

    Using Quick Pay does not give access to the account and you will not be able to view details about the amount that needs to be paid. Additionally, you will not be able to make schedule changes, request drop-in care, or view invoices.

    To use Quick Pay you will need the following information from the account holder:

    • The Arux Community Portal website URL for the district
    • Child Care Program Name
    • Child Care Account Number
    • Child's Last Name

    You will also need to create your own profile and login credentials for the district's Arux Community Portal.

    For desktop devices
    1. Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal.
    2. Once you have navigated to that page, click Log In in the upper-right of the screen.
      The Arux Log In Screen is displayed.

    1. Click Create one now.
      The Register a New Account page is displayed.
    Required fields

    All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

    1. Enter your Email Address and enter and confirm your Password.
    2. Enter your First and Last Name.
    3. Enter your Phone Number.
      Optionally, toggle if you want to allow Text Messages from the Program or District.
    4. Enter your home Address.
    5. Click Create Account to complete your registration.
      Your Account Dashboard is displayed.

    Once you are logged into your account follow these instructions to use Quick Pay:

    1. Click Explore Programs in the header.
    2. Click the name of the Child Care Program you want to make a payment for.
      The Program's screen is displayed.
    3. Under Account Management, click Quick Pay.
      The Quick Pay screen is displayed

    1. Verify or select the Child Care Program.
    2. Enter the Account Number.
    3. Enter One of the children's last name.
    4. Click Continue.
    5. Enter the payment Amount.


    Optionally, enter any Payment Notes.
    9. Click Add to Cart.
    Your cart is updated with the specified payment.

    10. Click your Cart.
    Your cart is displayed.

    11. Tap Proceed to Checkout.
    The payment screen is displayed.

    1. Select how you would like to pay by clicking either Bank Account or Credit/Debit Card.
    2. Enter your payment information and click Save.
    3. Click Pay.

      An order complete message is displayed.

    The payment is automatically applied to the specified child care account and a receipt is automatically emailed to you. The receipt for any payments can also be found online under Your History in the footer of the page.

    For mobile devices
    1. Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal and tap the Hamburger icon in the upper-right of the screen.
      The navigation menu is displayed.
    2. Tap Log In.
    3. In the lower-right, click Create one now.
      The Register a New Account page is displayed.
    Note:

    This registration page is for your personal information.

    5. Click Quick Pay.
      The Quick Pay screen is displayed

    7. Enter the Account Number.
    8. Enter One of the children's last name.
    9. Tap Continue.
    10. Enter the payment amount.

      Optionally, enter any Payment Notes.
    11. Tap Add to Cart.
      Your cart will update with the specified payment.
    12. Tap your Cart.
    13. Tap Proceed to Checkout.
      The payment screen is displayed.
    14. Select how you would like to pay by clicking either Bank Account or Credit/Debit Card.
    15. Enter your payment information and click Save.
    16. Click Pay.

      An order complete message is displayed.

    The payment is automatically applied to the specified child care account and a receipt is automatically emailed to you. The receipt for any payments can also be found online under your Activity/History.


    Changing your password will log you out immediately. Use the new password to log back in.
    First name must have atleast 2 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.
    Last name must have atleast 1 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.
