With Arux, requesting a change to the schedule of your child care is easy.
For Desktop Devices
- Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal site and click Sign In.
The Sign In page is displayed. - Sign In to your account.
Your Account Dashboard is displayed. If your dashboard is not displayed, click your name in the upper-right corner or click Your Dashboard in the footer of the page. - Under Your Accounts select the desired Child Care Account.
Your account information for the selected child care program is displayed.
For a Schedule Change, do not select any of the options under Account Management.
- Registering Drop-In Days or Non-School Days will not adjust the current schedule.

- You must select the Contract to change the current schedule.
- Under Current and Upcoming Contracts, click the desired contract to change.
- Click Change Schedule.
Contracts dates that have already been invoiced can not be modified.
If you can not enter the schedule change request, contact your District or Program for assistance.
- Select the first date and last date of the new schedule.
- Make changes to the selected days as required.
- Click Submit Contract Schedule Changes.
The child care contract screen is displayed noting the request for changes to the contract.
Your request to change the child care schedule is noted on the contract page and is pending approval from the district. Once the district has approved the change, you will receive an email confirmation and the schedule change will be reflected on the child care contract page.
For Mobile Devices
- Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal site and tap the Hamburger icon.
The navigation menu is displayed. - Tap Sign In.
The Sign In page is displayed. - Sign In to your account.
Your Account Dashboard is displayed.
- Under Accounts select the desired Child Care Account.
Your account information for the selected child care program is displayed.
For a Schedule Change, do not select any of the options under Account Management.
- Registering Drop-In Days or Non-School Days will not adjust the current schedule.

- You must select the Contract to change the current schedule.
- Scroll down to Current and Upcoming Contracts and select the contract to change.
The child care contract page is displayed. - Tap Change Schedule.
