    Enrolling in a Course

    Article summary

    Once you have created your account you can choose to enroll in a variety of courses provided by your district or program directly from the Community Portal.

    For desktop devices
    1. Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal site and click Log In.
      The Sign In page is displayed.
    2. Log In to your account.
      Your Account Dashboard is displayed. If your Dashboard is not displayed, click your name in the upper-right corner or click Your Dashboard in the footer of the page.
    3. At the top of the screen, click Explore Programs or Search.
    4. Explore or search for your desired course or course category.
    5. Browse the available courses and select the course you want to register for.
    6. Click Enroll Now.
    7. Select the Attendee(s).
    Note:
    • If your desired attendee is not listed, click Add Relationship to add them as a related user.
    • ECFE Courses Only: If the selected course offers sibling care during the course, select the users under Who needs sibling care?


    8. Click Enroll Selected People.
    9. If the program or district has set any terms or agreements for the course, read them, check the box to agree, and click Accept Terms.

    Note:

    If your district or program is collecting any charitable contributions, you may be prompted to select a Donation Category and Donation Amount.

    Such donations are optional. You can click Enroll People to continue without a donation.

    The course enrollment is added to your cart.

    1. Click Checkout.
    2. Select an existing payment method or create new payment method.
      Selecting to create new payment method will prompt you to select a bank account or credit/debit card for payment processing. You can toggle to set this as the default payment method and/or save the payment method.
    3. Select your billing address or add new billing address.
    4. Optional: Enter a Promo Code and click Apply.
    5. Click Pay.
      The order confirmation page is displayed.

    Your enrollment is submitted and you will receive an email confirmation of your transaction.

    For mobile devices
    1. Navigate to your districts's Arux Community Portal site and tap the Hamburger icon.
      The navigation menu is displayed.
    2. Tap Log In.
      The Sign In page is displayed.
    3. Log In to your account.
      Your Account Dashboard is displayed.
    4. Tap the Hamburger icon.
    5. Tap Explore Programs or Search.

      The available course categories are displayed.
    6. Explore or search for your desired course or course category.
    7. Tap the course you want to register for.
    8. Tap Enroll Now.
    9. Select the Attendee(s).
    Note:

    10. Tap Enroll Selected People.

    12. Tap your Cart.

    13. Tap Proceed to Checkout.

    Changing your password will log you out immediately. Use the new password to log back in.
