    Withdrawing From a Child Care Contract

    If you have registered for child care with your district or organization, you can request to withdraw your child from that care from your dashboard. You can choose to withdraw from any date within the contracts schedule.

    Note:

    Some districts or organizations may require a minimum number of attendance dates before a contract may be withdrawn. Contact your district or organization for details.

    For desktop devices
    1. Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal site and click Log In.
      The Sign In page is displayed.
    2. Log In to your account.
      Your Account Dashboard is displayed. If your Dashboard is not displayed, click your name in the upper-right corner or click Your Dashboard in the footer of the page.
    3. Under Your Accounts select the desired Child Care Account.

      The child care account page is displayed.
    4. Under Current and Upcoming Contracts, select the contract you want to withdraw from.
      The child care contract page is displayed.
    5. Under Contract Management, click Withdraw Contract.

      The Withdraw Contract menu is displayed.
    • If withdrawing before the first date of the contract, you are given the option to Withdraw on a specific date or Withdraw Entirely. Select the desired withdraw option.
    1. Select the last day of attendance.
    2. Optional: Enter a Reason for Withdrawal.
    3. Click Request Withdraw.

    Your request to withdraw from child care is noted on the contract page and is pending approval from the district. Once the district has approved the withdrawal, you will receive an email confirmation and the schedule change will be reflected on the child care contract page.

    For mobile devices
    1. Navigate to your program's Arux Community Portal site and tap the Hamburger icon.
      The navigation menu is displayed.
    2. Tap Log In.
      The Sign In page is displayed.
    3. Log In to your account.
      Your Account Dashboard is displayed.
    4. Under Accounts select the desired Child Care Account.
      The child care contract management page is displayed.
    Note:

    If you have a child that is already registered with the child care program, the contract management page will display options for: Account Management, Latest Invoice, Auto Payments, and Current and Upcoming Contracts.

    1. Scroll down to Current and Upcoming Contracts and select the contract to withdraw.
      The child care contract page is displayed.
    2. Tap Withdraw Contract.

      The Withdraw Contract menu is displayed.
    • If withdrawing before the first date of the contract, you are given the option to Withdraw on a specific date or Withdraw Entirely. Select the desired withdraw option.
    1. Select the last day of attendance and click Request Withdraw.
