      Signing In and Out with Arux Connect: Child Care

      If your district or program is using Arux Connect: Child Care, you can use the app to easily sign your child in or out. Depending on the security settings set by your district of program, signing in may or may not require a security code.

      Signing In or Out

      The default sign in/out screen displays an alphabetical list of all the children enrolled in care.

      The Kiosk tab prompts parents to select their child from the list

      To sign a child in or out:

      1. Scroll to your child's name and tap it.
        The Select Your Name screen is displayed.
        The Select Your Name screen displays the names of all authorized pickups for the selected child

      2. Tap your name.
        The Attendance Options screen is displayed.
        The attendance options are displayed giving the option to sign children in or out

      Note:

      If you have multiple children, all of your children will be selected to be signed in or out.
      If you are only signing in or out for one child, deselect the other child(ren).

      1. Tap Sign In or Sign Out.
        The Signature screen is displayed
        The signature screen provides a line to sign on

      2. Sign your name.

      3. Tap Finished.
        The Confirmation screen is displayed.

      Signing In or Out With Security Codes

      If your district or program is using security codes, you will be presented with a keypad to enter your security code.

      The Kiosk screen displays a number pannel to enter the security code

      To sign a child in or out with a security code:

      1. Enter the Security Code for your account.
        If you do not know your security code, see the note below.
      2. Select the name of the child to sign in.
      3. Select your name.
        The Attendance Options screen is displayed.

      Note:

      If multiple children share the same parent or authorized pickup, all children will be selected to be signed in or out.
      If they are only signing in or out for one child, deselect the other child(ren).

      1. Tap Sign In or Sign Out.
        The Signature screen is displayed
        The signature screen provides a line to sign on

      2. The parent or authorized pickup signs their name.

      3. Tap Finished.
        The Confirmation screen is displayed.

      Note:

      If your district or program is using security codes, you can locate your security code from the Arux Community Portal.

      You will need the Arux Community Portal website URL for your school or district.
      If you do not have the website URL, please contact your district or school representative.

      1. Navigate to your program's Arux site.
      2. Click Sign In in the upper-right of the screen.
      3. Log into your Arux account.
      4. Under Your Accounts, select your child care account.

      Your security code is displayed under the On-Site Security Code section.
