If you are an Course Instructor with your District or Program, you may have the option to download the Rosters for Courses you teach from the Arux Community Portal.
Note:
If you do not have access to download Rosters for the Courses you teach, contact your District or Program Arux Admin to set your Online Report Defaults.
To download Rosters for the Courses you teach from your District or Program's Community Portal:
For desktop devices
- In the upper-right, click Log In and log in to your account.
- Click your name in the upper-right or scroll down to the footer of the page and click Your Dashboard.
The Account Dashboard is displayed.
- Scroll down to find Courses You Teach.
- Find the Course you want to download the Roster for.
- Select Download Roster to download a PDF or Export Roster to download an Excel document of the Course Roster.
A Generating your Download screen will display while your request is processed. Once complete, a file download modal is displayed. If the modal is not displayed click the manually download it here link. - Select where you would like to save the file and click Save.
Once saved to your device, you can open and view the Roster file.
For mobile devices
- In the upper-right, tap the Hamburger icon.
The navigation menu is displayed. - Tap Log In.
The Sign In page is displayed. - Log In to your account.
Your Account Dashboard is displayed.
- Under Your Dashboard tap View Courses You Teach.
- Find the Course you want to download the Roster for.
- Tap Download Roster to download a PDF or Export Roster to download an Excel document of the Course Roster.
A Generating your Download screen will display while your request is processed. Once complete, if the file does not automatically download, tap the manually download it here link.
Once saved to your device, you can open and view the Roster file.
