Why Was My Account Locked?
Accounts are usually locked if Arux encounters one of the following:
- 10 or more failed login attempts in an hour.
- 5 or more failed payment attempts in an hour.
How Do I Unlock My Account?
If your account has been locked, contact Arux Support to have your account unlocked.
